At Jori Health, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you interact with our website, services, and products. By using our platform, you consent to the practices described below.

01Information we collect

We may collect the following types of information:

1.1Personal information

  • Name, email address, phone number, and other contact details provided during account creation or communication.
  • Payment information for subscription or service purchases.

1.2Usage data

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.
  • Details about how you interact with our website — pages visited, features used, session duration.

1.3Data you provide

  • Any content, queries, or files you upload to interact with our AI tools.
  • Feedback or survey responses submitted through our platform.

02How we use your information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, personalize, and improve our services.
  • To process payments and manage your account.
  • To communicate with you about updates, promotions, or support inquiries.
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve our AI algorithms.
  • To ensure security, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

03How we share your information

We value your privacy and only share your information under the following circumstances:

  • With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage) for operational purposes.
  • To comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • In the event of a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Promise

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

04Data security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

05Data retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide our services to you, and to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and healthcare record-keeping obligations. How long we keep specific categories of data depends on the type of data and the reason we collected it:

AMedical & health records
Clinical records, health information, and patient demographics are retained for at least 7 years from your last encounter, or longer where a longer period is required by applicable federal or state medical record retention laws.
BInsurance & billing data
Insurance, claims, and payment records are retained for at least 7 years to meet healthcare billing and regulatory requirements.
CCommunications & transcripts
Call transcripts, SMS conversation logs, and other care-coordination communications are retained for up to 3 years as part of your clinical documentation.
DAccount & contact information
Account and contact details are retained for the life of your account. After your account is closed, we delete or de-identify this information within a reasonable period unless we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or healthcare record-keeping reasons.
EUsage, log & backup data
Usage analytics and application/error logs are typically retained for up to 30 days. Authentication sessions expire after 90 days of inactivity, and encrypted backups are kept on a rolling 30-day basis for disaster recovery.

When data reaches the end of its retention period, we securely delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@jori.health; we will honor such requests except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, medical or billing records subject to mandatory retention periods).
